WOW, what a nice submission and fit for this stage. I think this is a more advanced topic for the stage and it fits for more experienced PO, etc. I would recommend two slight changes…

Perhaps use the Pattern and Anti-Pattern phrasing for your lessons learned. I think that language (or something similar) might help folks distill your learnings and adjustments along the way. Now that being said, I think you should change your presentation format entirely. Don’t present anything to start. Instead, “dive into” your 5 thought experiments. Time-box them for the 90 minutes and allow time for attendees to participate in the experiment in groups and then do a short de-brief.

Don’t use powerpoints at all…until the end, as some sort of ‘wrapper’ or conclusion for the entire session. Perhaps take no more than 10 minutes for that. So make the session much more (almost entirely) experiential. I think your slides are great and I would encourage you to keep evolving them. Yes, use a small sub-set in the direct session, but then allow attendees to download the fuller set afterwards.
